What is Wow Token?
It is an in-game item that can be bought at in-game menu using real money. Token then will be received via mail in-game and can ONLY be sold at AH for certain fixed price (cannot be bid) for gold. It is a system introduced to give access for player who want to buy gold and also for those who have extra gold to get game time or battle.net balance.

Is it worth it getting gold by selling token?
Considering that current price of 100k gold at G2G website is approx USD10.00, compared to token selling price in AH in US region currently at 181k for USD20, the token is slightly underpriced compared to buying gold from gold farmer. However, factoring the risk of getting into trouble by buying from farmer, it's still worth it. This is for US region. Is it worth buying token in AH for game time?
Well duh! If you have amass of gold in your account, of course by all means it's worth every penny! After all, for one month of game time, you can still raid etc and gaining back your gold by selling loots in AH. And take note that that one month you played is your fun time you enjoyed thus it's does not included into the equation whether buying token is worth or not.
